Participate in our group boot camp fitness class. Please note there is limited availability so please book early.

Resident Fitness Class

This is a group physical training session designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. These classes will help you to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise.
