Book the redelivery of items you have stored with us back to your new room in your student accommodation. 

As per current government guidelines we recommend that you book the redelivery of your items directly to your new room at least 72 hours before you plan to arrive. This means your items will be ready and waiting for whenever you arrive.

You have 3 options when selecting your redelivery:

1. COVID-19 SECURE ROOM REDELIVERY
**Most Popular & Safest** We will deal directly with your student property team to deliver your item to your new room before you arrive. The delivery date must not be before your lease start date. As per government guidelines we recommend booking the redelivery to take place at least 72 hours before your due to arrive at the property. 

2. DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR
You need to be present and we will deliver your items to the door of your new room. Delivery will take place between 7am-6pm. Delivery failures will result in the need for you to rebook and pay for a new delivery.

3. DELIVERY TO THE GROUND FLOOR
It is your responsibility to check that your accommodation will accept your delivery to the ground floor. You need to be present to accept delivery. We will deliver between 7am-6pm. Please check with your property they accept delivery to reception during the current situation as delivery failures will result in the need for you to rebook and pay for a new delivery.

Currently, due to high demand, we request 7 days advance notice for your redelivery request. If you need your items urgently please contact us via logging into your account and chatting to the support team via your original order.

If the new delivery address is located in a different city to the original collection address we will provide a quotation for your approval based on the additional distance.

* Please note that we can not re-deliver your order unless all payments have been made for your order.

To ensure that your delivery goes smoothly, please:

1. Contact your student accommodation to let them know we are coming to deliver your items back
We advise that given the current situation to ensure we are able to successfully deliver your items back as per your request that you contact your building reception/manager to let them know.

2. Be available for the full delivery window if you need to be present
Your delivery could take place at any time within your chosen timeslot. This means on our standard service, delivery could take place at any time between 7am and 6pm. You need to be available at the delivery address, where possible, we’ll provide you with an estimated delivery time to help you plan your day. This will be emailed to you the evening before the delivery.

3. Tell us of any changes
You can change your delivery time and details up to 10am the day before your delivery. If you reschedule or cancel your delivery after this time, you will be charged the cost of the delivery booked. You’ll then need to place a new order online and will be charged again for your delivery.
