Attend our Boot camp with our Personal Trainer Haiden. This is a group physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.
Our Boot Camp training session will include:
- Dynamic stretching
- Light running
- Interval training
- Lifting weights/objects
- Yoga stretching
These classes will help you to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise.
