In recognising that many residents / students are experiencing significant challenges because of the pandemic and the current travel and lockdown restrictions, we are keen to support you by providing you with the opportunity to request any services which are not currently available on the resident app.
If you could please provide as much information as possible on your requirements a member of our Concierge team will contact you personally to discuss your specific needs in more detail.
We have provided some of the examples of the additional services that we can provide below, but we would be happy to discuss any requests that you have.
1. Residents currently in their properties
- Specific requests for delivery of any items or products that cannot be delivered through on-line shopping
- Health and Well-being Services (on-line coaching etc)
- Financial Advice
- On-line Tutorial Services
2. Residents who have been unable to return to their property, due to travel restrictions
- We could re-deliver (to your home address) specific priority items that they may need
- Room Packing Services
- Shipping and Re-delivery of belongings
- Storage of your belongings
