If you employ Wai2Walk, you will be deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. All information provided to us will be confidential and not passed on to any other third party, unless with the clients permission. In exceptional circumstances, if Wai2Walk are unable to fulfil their agreement prior to commencement of service, a full refund of any payments received from the client will be returned in full. Cancellation Policy - Any cancellations must be made more than 48 hrs in advance. 50% of service fee will be refunded if cancelled within 48 hours. Exceptional circumstances will be honoured. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that all dogs are up to date with their current vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. You must alert us immediately to any behavioural problems with your pets at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of any future contract. In the event of a problem or emergency arising, Wai2Walk will make every attempt to contact you or your emergency contact provided. If the contact is not available Wai2Walk reserves the right to consult with a vet and then make a decision which is in the best interest of the animal. You, the owner will be responsible for any costs for vet treatment. It is your responsibility to insure your property and pet. Wai2Walk accepts no liability for damage caused by your pet during a period of service. You will be liable in the event that injury is caused to an employee of Wai2Walk or a third party or property. Wai2Walk will care for your pet as you would, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure your pet is well looked after in your absence, Wai2Walk cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a pet either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care. Wai2Walk will make adequate steps to ensure your home is safe and secure in your absence, however Wai2Walk cannot be held responsible for any burglaries or accidents caused by your pet.
