Brindleyplace is supporting local communities across the city and beyond by hosting a number of free webinars and classes in celebration of International Wellbeing Week from 22- 26 June.

Wednesday 24 June: Stress management (2-3pm) & Bootcamp (6-7pm)
Thursday 25 June: The science behind sleep and dreaming & Bootcamp (6-7pm)
Friday 26 June: Food and mood (2-3pm) & Weekend workout (6-7pm)
