LARGE ITEMS - FROM £10/month- LARGE Box - Suitable for clothes, personal belongings. (45x45x60cm)- LARGE Suitcase Box - If you are sending in a large piece of luggage you must send it in a large suitcase box. (40x52x75cm)

STORAGE COLLECTION CHARGES

Ground Floor Collection - FREE
- Our standard collection is where you will meet the driver in the reception of your building at the designated collection time/window to hand over your items.

Attended Room Collection (VIP Service) - £40.00
- This is our most popular service where we provide a room collection where a member of our team comes to your room to collect the items from you, saving you the hassle of bringing them down to the ground floor or having to be around at the collection time/window. Our team will co-ordinate the collection from your room directly with you. Available in London only.

Un-Attended Room Collection (VIP Service) - £65.00
- If you are not available to be present but require a room collection, our teams can gain access to your room with your authority by speaking with the building management. We will provide images of the items we collect on your behalf as part of this service along with a total count and description of the items we have collected. Available in London only.

Failed Collection - £25.00
- If we attempt to collect your items as per your instructions but there is an issue then there will be a £25 charge to re-arrange your collection.

STORAGE REDELIVERY CHARGES

Standard Redelivery
Our standard return delivery (7am-6pm) starts from £5.95 per item. If your items are being delivered to a location greater than 80 miles than where it was collected from, an additional charge of £5 per item applies.

Attended Room Redelivery (VIP Service) - Standard redelivery charge +£40.00*
- We can provide a room redelivery where a member of our team delivers all your items back to your room, saving you the hassle of carrying your items from the ground floor to your room. Our team will co-ordinate the redelivery directly with you. Available in London only.

Un-Attended Room Redelivery (VIP Service) - Standard redelivery charge +£65.00*
- This is our most popular redelivery service. If you are want your items to be in your room for when you arrive back to your Chapter room then you can request a un-attended room redelivery. With your authority our teams can gain access to your room by speaking with the building management. We will provide images of the items we deliver on your behalf as part of this service along with a total count and description of the items we have redelivered. Available in London only.

Failed Redelivery - £25.00
- If we attempt to redeliver your items as per your instructions but there is an issue (you are not home, or your address or contact details are incorrect) then there will be a £25 charge to re-arrange your delivery.

PACKING MATERIALS DELIVERY CHARGES

Standard Delivery - FREE
- 3-5 days delivery to the reception of your building.

Next Day Delivery - £10.00
- Order before 14:00 for guaranteed next day delivery (available Monday to Saturday). Delivered to the reception of your building.

Sameday Delivery - £20.00
- Order before 14:00 Monday to Friday for guaranteed sameday delivery and before 10.00 on Saturdays. Delivered to the reception of your building.

PERSONAL SERVICES

PERSONAL PACKING - FROM £50.00
- Our personal assistants can pack your items for you, whether you want a helping hand, or are not available and need us to pack your entire room contents our teams can help. Request a quote and our teams can provide a detailed proposal for your approval. Available in London only.

STORAGE PROTECTION

Standard Protection (£100 Per Box) - FREE- Every box is covered for up to £100 both in transit and also in our storage facility provided it is properly and securely packaged into double-walled cardboard boxes and within our weight and size limits. We currently do not offer coverage on fragile items – glassware, crockery, TVs, printers, etc. If you are storing fragile items, please make sure they are thoroughly bubble wrapped (multiple layers) and carefully packed to ensure they are safe during transport.
If you would like to upgrade your cover you can choose to enhance your cover to either £500/box or £1,000/box- Enhanced Protection (£500/box) - £100
