AMEND MY EXISTING ORDER

You can make a change to the date of your collection.Please let us know as soon as possible and no later than 10am the day before your intended collection (likewise, get in touch by 10am Friday if it’s happening next Monday!). Letting us know after this time will incur additional charges, as we will have scheduled for a driver to come to your address.If you need to make a change to your collection after 10am the day before your scheduled collection date, a charge of £25 maybe charged.

Order any additional packing materials quickly and easily, next day express delivery is just £15.Order before 13:00 for guaranteed next day delivery (available Monday to Friday). Delivered to the reception of your building.Please Note: If you are storing luggage with us you will need to place this into our luggage boxes. 

Upgrade your storage collection to a room collection, our driver will collect all your items from your room.You do not need to be present for us to collect from your room, providing you provide authorisation for us to access your room.

Our personal packing team can visit your room and pack your items for you.We can assist you in packing your room, or if you are not able to be present we can pack your room without you being present and store your items for as long as you need.Please note there is a minimum order value of £100 for personal packing.
