- Drop off your bag into any free digital concierge locker in your building
PLACE ORDER
- Place your order below, choosing your preferences and requirements
- Confirm the locker number where you have dropped off your order
PICK UP
- We will service your items and deliver back to a concierge locker
- You will receive confirmation of the concierge locker number and the 4 digit code to collect your items
1st Time Customer
Simply use any bag and place your name and contact details inside
1st time customer? No problem place your items in any bag, ensuring you place inside your bag your name, number and email. We will confirm when we have collected your order. We will redelivery your order in your own personal VIP bag which can be used for future orders.
Concierge Lockers - Our concierge lockers are located on the ground floor next to the lifts in Block B. Use any empty locker, place your order inside, lock the locker door using any 4-digit number and place your order.
