Welcome to Vive Living Fitness Classes

Attend our Fitness Classes with our Personal Trainer. This is a group physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. 

Our training session will include:
  • Dynamic stretching
  • Light running
  • Interval training
  • Lifting weights/objects
  • Yoga stretching

These classes will help you to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise. 
 Our Fitness Class is a very popular class so please book your space. You can pre-book up to 7 days in advance using the below. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing, which are easy to move in and supportive footwear. Feel the burn, see the results.
