Guest Bed Rental

If you have family or friends coming to visit you, you can order a guest bed to ensure their stay is much more comfortable. Order online and collect within minutes from a locker in the building. Our luxury inflatable single airbed comes with a built in electric pump, and is supplied with a duvet, pillow and sheets.

How it works

  • Order your guest bed selecting the date and number of nights
  • We deliver to your building, and notify when your bed is ready for collection from the 24/7 concierge lockers
  • Simply collect your guest bed at anytime, using the 4-digit code that we send you to open the locker door
  • When your finished drop off the guest bed into an empty locker (lock the locker door with any 4-digit code) and notify us (via the App) where you dropped it

  • What is your guest bed service?
If you have friends or family coming to visit you in your residence and need a bed and bedding for them to have a comfortable stay you can book this with PingLocker. The bed is a Single Size Deluxe Pillow Rest Airbed with Built-in Electric Pump measuring 39” x 75” x 16 ¾” and inflates in under 2 minutes. We also provide a pillow, duvet and all your sheets.
  • How long can I rent a guest bed?
You can rent a guest bed for 1-7 nights. Simply select the number of nights when placing your order. There maybe a minimum 2 nights rental at selected locations.
  • Where do I collect the Guest Bed?
Depending on your location, the guest bed can be collected from the digital concierge lockers in your Chapter residence. If you are unsure of where the lockers are please ask a member of the on-site teams.
  • Do I have to order in advance?
We recommend due to high demand that you pre-book your guest bed rental. This will also ensure the bed is available when you need it.

  • Where do I return the bed?
The guest bed must be returned to one of the digital concierge lockers in the building by 16.00 on the rental end date. If dropping off to a locker please place the bed into any available locker and lock the door by entering any 4 digit number and turn the door knob to lock the door. Simply let the PingLocker team know via the App where you have dropped the bed.
